I don't see the US as financially collapsing. The real estate market is a bubble, but the stock market is doing well. I think that's pretty solid because of AI investments in the country.

The left got rid of Charlie Kirk but not his message. Most people don't want to see someone assassinated in our society even if they don't attend a vigil. That's a line in the sand that determines whether you're a third world country where political assassinations are common or not. Apparently we're third world now

But I do have a question for everyone. Does a person (who apparently is an accomplished hunter and has a high-powered hunting rifle) wake up one day and say I'm going to shoot this other person dead? In front of an audience (instead of say stalking him and doing it privately). Seriously does that happen. Not what have you been told happened on this or that occasion in the past. I mean in your own head do you genuinely believe that a person could do that.

Yet these comments seem to make the case that one size is more civilized than the other:

This guy is suggesting that the Kirk shooting was planned as a means to divide the country in an extreme way, and it has succeeded. The purpose is to create so much division that the actual financial collapse or military intervention attracts less attention.

The timing is impeccable and could not have happened at a quote worse unquote time.

I've been uneasy about joining my side in the kum-bay-ya vigil stuff. RIP for the guy, but perhaps his death was used as a chess piece for a much wider game. Get us killing each other over football style team rivalries.
