The war has only been going on for 42 days. Trump said there would be short term pain and there is. We are winning because we destroyed almost all of their military capabilities. The regime leaders are gone. Iran is at the negotiating table now and we'll see what comes of it. If they can't make a deal, the US will continue the military route.

I think many commentators are being premature in their judgments of how the war is going. You have to give it more time to see how things play out. Trump doesn't want a forever war, he wants the enriched uranium so they can never use it. My understanding is it will be very difficult to remove though.

I trust Trump will do the right thing. He wants to see peace in the Middle East and that could never happen if the Iranian regime and their military capabilities were left intact. It will be up to the people of Iran to choose and fight for new leadership in Iran. I ran across this article about an anti-regime resistance that is rising up against the IRGC. Its a good sign.

I thought what Trump said in his truth was bluster to get the Iranians to make a deal. Tucker and MTG, who claim to know Trump, overreacted to what he said. They should know Trump would never nuke Iran and kill the people. I don't get their attitudes.
