Outsourcing and Offshoring Don't Work - Most Software Is Buggy Garbage (Public Board)
Offshore workers and H1bs are just cheap labor. There is no quality to their work. I've dealt with Walgreen's customer support AI. It's just stupid. When I have to call Walgreen's I just dread it. Its a big pain in the a$$.
Still, companies are okay with their mediocre work product. They don't care about the customer experience.
